What are the minimal requirements on browsers, operation-systems and generally on my computer for listening to an audio-livestream?

Oh! What should we say - not older than 20 years? Nicer you'd have a PC with minimal "multimedia"-capabilities. We'll publish a list what this means to Windows-, Mac-OS- and UNIX-like-Systems.
